Requests

Review the people asking to join your panel.

1. When requests appear

Requests only appear when Join approval in General is set to Staff approval. If it is on Automatic, people join straight away and this page says so.

2. Accept or deny

1. Open Members › Requests.
2. Each request shows the person’s name and when they asked.
3. Press Accept to let them in, or Deny to turn them down.

Accepted people become members and show up on the Members page. A denied request is removed. They can ask again with the Community ID. You need the Members permission.

3. If something does not work

• No pending requests: nobody is waiting. Share your Community ID, and check that Join approval is set to Staff approval.
• The page says approval is automatic: switch Join approval in General if you want to review people.
