ER:LC Integration

ER:LC Events Webhook

Connect your ER:LC private server so it sends events straight to Grande, and see in your dashboard that it is working.

1. What it is

The ER:LC Events Webhook is the official way for your private server to send events straight to Grande. ER:LC sends a signed message to a private link whenever something happens, such as a message that starts with ; or an Emergency Call.

Every request is signed by ER:LC. Grande checks that signature with ER:LC’s public key and ignores anything that is not really from ER:LC. Each panel gets its own link, so events always end up on the right panel.

2. Connection status

Open ER:LC Integration › Event Webhook in your panel. The box on that page shows one of two states:

3. How to set it up

  1. Copy your link. In your Grande panel, go to ER:LC Integration › Event Webhook and press Copy link in the Events Webhook box. It looks like https://grandevc.xyz/api/e/….
  2. Open your server settings. In your ER:LC private server, open the Server Settings menu.
  3. Find Event Webhook. Search for Event Webhook in the settings.
  4. Paste the link. Paste your Grande link into the field. It must be the whole link, starting with https://.
  5. Save. ER:LC tests the link when you save. It only keeps links that pass, and Grande passes this test automatically.
  6. Send the first event. In the server, send a chat message that starts with ;, for example ;validate. This sends the first event to Grande.
  7. Check Grande. Go back to ER:LC Integration › Event Webhook. Within a minute or two the box changes to Events Webhook Connected and shows the time of the last event.

Each panel has its own private link. Anyone who has your link can try to send requests to it, so do not post it publicly. If it is ever exposed, reset it (see below).

4. Resetting your link

Press Reset link in the Events Webhook box and confirm. The old link stops working straight away and the status goes back to not connected. Paste the new link into your ER:LC server settings and send a ; message again.

5. Which events arrive

ER:LC currently sends an event for:

Any one of these is enough to mark the webhook as connected.

6. If something does not work

If the box still says not connected, check that:

The webhook is separate from your API key. Keep your server key linked on the same page so Grande can read your server information and send logs to your Discord channels.
