Panel Settings
Audit Logs
A history of what staff changed in your panel, who did it and when.
1. What it records
When audit logging is on, Grande records actions staff take in the dashboard, such as creating a role, changing a setting, changing the ER:LC webhook or running an ER:LC command. Each entry shows who did it, what they did and when. If someone from the Grande team helps with your panel, their entries are marked Grande staff.
2. Turn it on
Open General and switch on Audit logging, then save. It is off by default, and only actions taken after you turn it on are recorded. If it is off, the Audit Logs page tells you that new actions are not being recorded.
3. View the log
Open Audit Logs in the panel menu. You need the Audit Logs permission. Each entry shows the person’s picture and name, what they did and the date. Press the arrow on an entry to see exactly what changed, line by line. Press Load more for older entries.
4. Search and filter
- Search Audit Logs searches the labels and details.
- Filter by Member shows only one person’s actions.
- Filter by Action shows only one type of action, such as role changes.
5. Send it to Discord
Pick an Audit Logs Channel in Discord Integration › Channels and Grande posts every new entry there as it happens. Each message shows the Type, who triggered it (their Roblox name, which links to their Roblox profile, and their Discord name) and numbered Details such as 01 - Changed the name from RGV | Leadership Tea to RGV | Leadership Team.
The View Log button under the message opens that exact entry on the Audit Logs page. Only people with the Audit Logs permission can open it; anyone else is sent to a page that says they have no access. Press Show all logs to go back to the full list.
With Grande+ you can send one type of entry to its own channel with channel routing. Grande needs View Channel, Send Messages and Use External Emojis in the channel.
6. If something does not work
- No logs yet: audit logging may be off, or nothing has been changed since you turned it on.
- I can’t see the page: you need the Audit Logs permission.
