Slash Commands
Every Grande command you can use in Discord.
1. All commands
/verify: verify your account with Grande. See Verification./re-verify: re-apply your roles, or link a different Roblox account./unverify: manually unverify someone (admins only). Choose the verification type and the user./session manage: start, schedule or poll a session, and manage the active one. See Sessions./shift manage: start or end your shift, take a break and see your time. See Shifts and Activity./shift online: see which staff members are on shift right now./shift leaderboard: see the activity leaderboard for the current activity wave./erlc info: show information about your linked ER:LC server, with a Join Server and a Refresh button./erlc command: run a command on your ER:LC server. Choose the command and add the rest, such as a message or player name./mod-panel: get a link to your server’s Moderator Panel./dashboard: get a link to your server’s dashboard./ping: check that Grande is online and how fast it responds.
2. Running ER:LC commands
/erlc command needs the Moderator Panel permission on the Grande panel. Admin-level commands (such as admin, ban and shutdown) also need ER:LC Admin (and admin and unadmin need ER:LC Co-Owner). Other commands need ER:LC Mod. You can run one command every 5 seconds. Everyone in the channel sees the result. The server needs a working API key in ER:LC Integration.
3. Who can use what
Commands that change things check your Grande roles, not your Discord roles. Give staff the right permissions in Roles. Commands that only show a link, such as /dashboard and /mod-panel, only open for people who have access to the panel.
4. If something does not work
- This server is not linked to a Grande panel yet: create a panel for the server first (see Getting started).
- Commands do not show up: make sure Grande is in the server and that you are allowed to use slash commands in that channel.
- No ER:LC API key is linked: add one in ER:LC Integration.
