Roles

Choose which Discord roles Grande applies, and protect role assignment.

1. Discord Role Protection

Open Discord Integration › Roles. You need the Discord Integration permission. Turn on Restrict Discord role selection so people can only pick roles below their own highest Discord role. Administrators and server owners are exempt. Role requirements and mentions can still use any role.

2. Discord Roles

Choose which role Grande applies for each situation: On Shift Role, On Break Role and LOA Role. Pick No role to skip one. Shifts, breaks and leave of absence are not available yet, so these are saved but not used until they are. Press the refresh button if you just created a role, and Save Changes when you are done.

3. If something does not work

• One of those roles is not in your Discord server: choose again and press refresh.
• Grande can only give roles that are below its own role in your Discord server. Move Grande’s role higher in Discord’s role list.
