Terms of Service

The rules for using Grande’s website, dashboard and Discord bot.

Last updated: October 27, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Grande (“Grande”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Grande is run by Valley Customs, an independent community project operated by a single developer (jaydenthedev). Valley Customs is not a registered company.

These Terms apply when you use the Grande website, dashboard or Discord bot (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

2. Who can use Grande

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to use Discord and Roblox where you live. To buy Grande⁺, you must be old enough to make a purchase where you live, or have a parent or guardian’s permission. If you are under the age of adulthood in your area, you confirm that a parent or guardian is okay with you using the Service.

3. The Service

Grande is a tool for running ER:LC (Emergency Response: Liberty County) communities on Discord. It is free to use, with an optional paid plan called Grande⁺. Features include a moderator panel, session management (starting and ending sessions, polls, boosts and session messages in your Discord server), roles and members, and activity tracking.

Grande is still being built. Features can change, move between plans or be removed, and the Service may be unavailable at times. We try to give notice of big changes but can’t promise it.

4. Your account

5. Your servers and ER:LC keys

Only add Grande to, or create a panel for, a Discord server that you own or are allowed to manage.

When you give Grande an ER:LC server key, you allow it to use that key to read and act on your ER:LC server for the features you turn on. Only provide a key for a server you are allowed to manage. You can replace or remove your key at any time.

Grande reads information from your ER:LC server through that key, such as players, join and leave logs, command logs, kill logs, moderator calls and vehicles, to power the features you use. You are responsible for telling your staff and players that this information is used.

When you use sessions, Grande posts messages in the Discord channel you choose and can mention the roles you pick. You are responsible for those channels, roles and mentions, and for any custom message you write. Some options can act on your server automatically, such as ending a session when it is empty, sending an in-game message and shutting the ER:LC server down, or kicking players while no session is running. Only switch on automatic options you want.

You are responsible for the rules, settings and moderation actions in your community, including any you automate. Automated tools can make mistakes, so please review what they do.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use Grande to:

7. Discord, Roblox and ER:LC

Grande works with Discord and Roblox and uses the ER:LC server API. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Discord, Roblox Corporation or the Police Roleplay Community. You must also follow their terms and rules when you use Grande.

8. Free and Grande⁺ plans and payments

Grande is free to use. Grande⁺ is an optional paid plan that adds extra features to one server’s panel, such as a custom Community ID and customizable session messages. What each plan includes and what it costs is shown on the pricing page and may change over time.

If we remove a feature from Grande⁺, or the Service closes, we will tell you if we can. Features can also move between plans over time.

9. Ownership

The Grande name, logo and branding belong to Valley Customs, and you may not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you. Grande’s software, code and design belong to Valley Customs and are not open source. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them without our permission.

You keep ownership of what you put into the Service. You give us permission to store and process it as needed to run the Service for you.

10. Ending access

You can stop using Grande at any time by removing it from your server and logging out. To have your data deleted, open a ticket in our Discord server (see the Privacy Policy).

We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms, put others at risk or abuse the Service. If we end your access for breaking these Terms, you are not owed a refund.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don’t promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that moderation or detection tools will always be correct.

12. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Valley Customs and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost data, lost profits or community disruption arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $0 if you only used the free plan.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Grande grows. When we do, we’ll change the “last updated” date above. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where state law applies, the laws of the state where the developer lives, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before any formal dispute, please contact us on Discord so we can try to sort it out first.
