Grande+
What the paid plan adds, how to get it and how to manage it.
1. What Grande+ is
Grande+ is an upgrade for a single panel. The free plan covers the basics, and Grande+ adds more on top. You can pay monthly, yearly, or once for lifetime. See the pricing page for the current prices.
Grande+ belongs to one panel (one Discord server). If you run several servers, each one needs its own Grande+.
2. What it adds
- Custom Community ID: choose a memorable ID for your panel instead of a random code (see General).
- Custom Session Messages: change the messages Grande posts for sessions (see Sessions).
- Custom Verification Messages: change the verification message and the automatic verification message (see Verification).
- Unlimited roles: the free plan has up to 10 roles.
- Unlimited verification panels: the free plan has up to 2.
- New Grande+ features as they are released.
In your Discord server, Grande’s profile picture and nickname also change to the Grande+ versions automatically, and go back to normal if Grande+ ends. Grande+ servers also show a Grande+ badge on the dashboard.
3. Subscribing
- Sign in and open the pricing page.
- Pick Monthly, Yearly or Lifetime, then press Subscribe to Grande+.
- Choose the panel you want to upgrade.
- Pay on the secure checkout page. Payments are handled by Stripe, and Grande never sees your card details.
The panel owner and any member of the panel can buy Grande+ for it. The pop-up lists the panels you are in that do not have Grande+ yet. Grande+ switches on as soon as the payment goes through.
4. Letting someone else pay
The panel owner can make a link so a friend, a co-owner or a community can buy Grande+ for the panel without being in it.
- Open the panel’s General page and find Let someone else buy Grande+.
- Press Create link, then Copy link and send it to the person.
- They open it, sign in with Discord, pick a plan and pay on Stripe. The panel gets Grande+ and you get a notification.
Paying does not give them any access to the panel. Anyone who has the link can use it, so only share it with people you trust. Press Turn off link to stop it working, or Make a new link to replace it. The person who paid manages their own billing through the receipt Stripe sends them.
5. Managing or cancelling
The panel owner sees a Manage billing button on the panel’s General page. It opens Stripe’s billing page, where you can update your card, see receipts, or cancel.
If you cancel, Grande+ keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for. General shows Ends on that date and that it will not renew. A lifetime plan never expires.
6. If something does not work
- You do not see your panel in the pop-up: you have to be in the panel, and it must not already have Grande+. You can also ask the owner for a pay link.
- A pay link says it is unavailable: the owner turned it off or made a new one. Ask them for the current link.
- The last payment did not go through: press Manage billing and update your card.
- This panel already has Grande+ for life: nothing more to buy.
- Paid but nothing changed: refresh the page. If it is still missing after a few minutes, contact us below.
