Members
See everyone who joined your panel, give them roles and remove people.
1. What you see
Open Members › Members in the panel menu. It lists everyone who joined your panel, with their name, their roles and when they joined. The owner is always at the top with a crown and an Owner tag. You need the Members permission to see this page.
2. Search and sort
- Search finds people by username, display name or Roblox name.
- Sort by switches between Newest first, Oldest first and Name (A-Z).
- Refresh loads the latest list.
3. Member details
Click a member to see a small card with:
- their roles in your linked Discord server (read only) and how long ago they joined the Discord,
- their Discord ID (click it to copy), and
- View Roblox profile, or No Roblox account linked if they have not linked one.
4. Giving and removing roles
In the Roles column, press + to give a member a role, or the x on a role to take it away. This needs the Roles permission. You can only change roles that are below your own highest role, and only give permissions you have yourself. The owner can change everything. Create roles on the Roles page.
5. Removing a member
Press the three dots at the end of a member’s row and choose to remove them, then confirm. They lose their roles and access to the panel. They can join again with the Community ID (and wait for approval if the panel uses it).
6. If something does not work
- I can’t see Members: you need the Members permission.
- I can’t add a role: the role is at or above your own, or you do not have the permissions that role gives.
- Someone is missing: if the panel uses staff approval they may still be waiting in Requests.
